Creo SL / Levo SL: Lupine lamp with plug connection plus d3395 light cable with plug connection plus S216800001 Specialized Y splitter cable.

If the plug connection to the lamp on the Creo / Levo SL system is undesirable, cut the plug on the lamp cable and connect the lamp directly to the SL system with the S216800001 splitter cable.
