The Mountain Bandit is the best of both worlds in terms of utility and simplicity. The bag can be screwed to the SWAT™ mount on the saddle from below and has a Velcro fastener and separate pockets for tubes, CO2 cartridges and tire levers. One tug on the Velcro and you're in, with quick access to everything you need to fix a puncture mid-race when seconds really count.
