The new Chisel was built specifically to tackle demanding trails and XC race courses at top speed. In fact, it incorporates many of the modern features of the Epic hardtail, but in a more affordable package, making it the most efficient and capable aluminum hardtail on the market. This Chisel is equipped with Shimano's proven Deore 1x12 drivetrain and MT400 hydraulic disc brakes, a RockShox Judy Silver fork, and 25mm wide aluminum wheels with Fast Track Control tires.
- The new Chisel frame utilizes our D'Aluisio Smartweld technology, which relocates the hydroformed tube joints to less stressed areas of the frame, resulting in a better balance of strength, stiffness, and weight than any other aluminum frame. At just 1,350g, the Chisel frame is among the lightest aluminum hardtail frames on the market and allows for tuned frame stiffness across all frame sizes.
- The new Chisel has all the features you would expect from a modern XC bike: Progressive XC geometry with a 68-degree head tube angle and long reach, paired with internal cable routing, BSA bottom bracket, compatibility with dropper seatposts and a 1x drivetrain.
