ABEC 3 radial bearings with an 8 mm inner diameter, 22 mm outer diameter, 7 mm width, and a double-lip seal with light contact, running in a groove in the form of a labyrinth seal. ABEC 3 bearings use Grade 10 chrome steel balls and 52100 high carbon chromium alloy raceways. The precision balls are round to within 10/1000000", which is twice the roundness of the industry standard. The bearing races are manufactured using a vacuum process and hardened to Rockwell R-62. They are then polished to a high gloss for ABEC-3 precision and quiet operation. The riveted steel cage increases toughness.
